User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users can request deletion of personal data associated with Lumina Education.

How to request deletion

Send an email to contacto@luminaeducation.app with the subject line Data deletion request.

Please include the following information so we can locate the account:

• The email address used to create the Lumina account.
• The WhatsApp phone number connected to the account, if applicable.
• A short note confirming that you want Lumina Education to delete your account data.

What happens next

We will verify the request and process deletion according to applicable data protection law. We may keep limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or compliance purposes.

Incluye el correo de tu cuenta, el numero de WhatsApp asociado si aplica, y una confirmacion breve de que deseas eliminar tus datos de Lumina Education.
